Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

• RMA number
• Full name and address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Packing slip
• Original Order Confirmation Number
• Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to MyHeavenlyScent.com using a trackable courier. ( UPS , FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by MyHeavenlyScent.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to FragranceNet.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $6.95 re-shipping fee.

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.

1. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method)
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

2. Order online BUT pay by Phone with credit card:
If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Number online into our SECURE Transaction Server, you can finalize your order by giving us your credit card number over the telephone. Simply complete and submit your full order online and LEAVE OUT your credit card information. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply give us a call and tell us your Name, Order Confirmation Number, Credit Card Number, Expiration date and 3 digit security code from back of card.

3. Order online BUT pay by Fax with credit card:
If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Number online into our SECURE Transaction Server, you can finalize your order by giving us your credit card number via the FAX. Simply complete and submit your full order online and LEAVE OUT your credit card information. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply FAX US one page containing your full name, E-mail address, Order Confirmation Number and your complete: Credit Card Type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and 3 digit security code from back of card.
